1. Service Description

Milk Route AI is an AI-assisted sales intelligence tool designed for territory and channel sales managers. The service allows users to capture emails, screenshots, and notes, which are then processed using AI to extract commitments, signals, and forecasts.

2. Account Responsibilities

By using Milk Route AI, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Keep your Claude API key secure and not share it with others
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Use the service only for lawful business purposes

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from our service
  • Abuse the service in any way that degrades performance for others
  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
  • Use the service to process data you don't have rights to process
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload or create within Milk Route AI. We process your data solely to provide the service. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data as necessary to operate the service.

5. Third-Party Services

Milk Route AI integrates with third-party services:

  • Anthropic Claude API: AI processing is performed using your own Anthropic API key. Your use of the Claude API is subject to Anthropic's terms of service.
  • Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Your payment information is subject to Stripe's privacy policy.

6. Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a prorated basis within the first 30 days
  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Free tier users receive best-effort support and availability. Paid plans receive priority consideration during outages.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milk Route AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion:

  • Your subscription will be cancelled immediately
  • Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
  • Active subscriptions will not be refunded

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, with or without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days notice via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
